Daniel Colindres Flores is an early journalist. Attending Mount Rainier High School, his first experience in journalism was through the school’s newspaper, The Rams Horn at the age of 14. A graduate of the 2023 KUOW Radioactive Youth Media Workshop, a program that teaches teenagers how to produce radio stories, a program that teaches teenagers to produce radio stories, Daniel is sought out to create works involving pop culture, the arts, LGBTQ, and activist movements in Seattle. Daniel loves giving a voice to anyone that needs to be heard, mainly through interviewing. At GZR Daniel is a staff writer for the newsroom, mainly focusing on pop culture and Seattle Unplugged. At home, Daniel loves to write and non-stop speak about music and reads tons of books.
